It’s Shay’s turn!! Shay has a new found love of word searches. He used to try them and get frustrated but recently, in Baltimore, he tried one on a restaurant placemat and realized that he could do it. Ever since…obsessed. So, when he heard this was a Valentine’s idea, he was hooked.
I probably sound like a broken record by day 3, but I found this word search valentine on Pinterest. The free printable came from the Creativities Galore blog and with very few supplies to grab, we went to town.
- Recollections Shimmer Cardstock
- Crayola Crayons
- Washi Tape
The most time consuming part, like Matti Jane’s, was cutting out the word searches. But, Shay has a small class so we did not have to print too many!!
Shay had 2 jobs – sign his sweet little name and choose the washi tape pattern he wanted. American flag…melt my heart!!
And that, my friends, is pretty much it. Print, cut out the word searches, cut a small piece of washi tape to hold the crayon in place, have them sign their name and you’re done!!
Happy Valentine’s Day, Love, Shay
