Country Roads Tee and a Neon Skirt

Happy Hump Day!!  Today leaves the kids with one more day of camp left.  Chandler is totally digging cheerleading camp (I am sure you can imagine, hahaha), Matti Jane is loving coming home each day with a new pizza made from scratch (Pizza Shoppe) and Shay is having a blast in Super Hero Camp!!  Only one more day because we leave on Friday AM for our annual trip to Connecticut to spend a week with Peter’s family.  The kids are super excited to have lots of fun cousin time!!

I wore this outfit in Colorado last weekend.  Funny story about this t-shirt.  Rock/band tees are having a MAJOR moment and I love them.  However, I felt totally uncomfortable wearing a band tee where I know none of their songs…hahaha.  If someone asked me to name one Pink Floyd or a Grateful Dead song, I would be busted and feel like a total fraud 😉  But, then I saw this one and did not hesitate!!!  Not only is this John Denver song one of my FAVS but I truly believe the country roads do take me home!!

2 other Summer and heading into Fall trends are silk skirts and silk dresses and NEON.  When I saw this skirt and it combined 2 of the latest trends, I grabbed it.
