Holy windy Friday!!! We are currently out of power and not sure when it will come back on as there are so many trees down.
Also, I am not sure if you noticed, I posted Disney pictures instead of my Friday’s Favorite Finds under Fifty. I haven’t gotten much feedback about it, so I wasn’t sure if you guys were still looking forward to that weekly post. Let me know your thoughts!! And, if there is a certain category in particular you’d like me to post about, I am open ears 🙂
Like I mentioned before last Thursday, this was truly a trip of a lifetime!! We LOVED the safari at Animal Kingdom but were exhausted by Day 6. Bippity Boppity Boutique was definitely a highlight for everyone, including Shay when we revisited Magic Kingdom!! And meeting tons of the characters the kids have been watching on a everyday basis was awesome (Jake and Sofia…) at Hollywood Studios are pretty darn cool.
Day 4 – Hollywood Studio
The morning began at Disney Junior Live. Super cute and a great way to start the day.
Shay got SUPER EXCITED when we saw a member from CARS!!
And the kids LOVED getting their faces painted!!
Day 5 – Back to Magic Kingdom. This was a big day, from beginning to end. We began the day at Bippity Boppity Boutique, then lunch at Cinderella’s Castle and then we closed the night watching the fireworks at the Castle. It was pretty special!!
We then headed to lunch at Cinderella’s Castle!! There we met Ariel, Snow White, Aurora, Jazmin, Rupunzel and Cinderella (obviously!!)
Space Mountain was a HIT. I did not get to ride because Shay was too small but it was late in the day, so I did not mind.
Day 6 – Animal Kingdom & back to Epcot
The day began at the Lion Guard performance…Shay was SO EXCITED!! He’s very into the Lion King and Lion Guard these days!!
Then, a HUGE hit with all of us was the safari…it was AMAZING!! It generated a conversation between Peter and I – “how old should the kids be to take them on an African Safari?!?!” We really loved it!!
Next was lunch and the kids got to meet Mickey, Donald, Daisy and Goofy.
The final ride was the Avatar ride. AMAZING!!! I sat with Shay while Peter went with the girls and then Peter took him while I went with the girls. It was definitely the BEST ride at any of the parks in both Peter and my opinion.
Day 7 we headed to Disney Springs for the morning and early afternoon and hung out at the pool for the late afternoon and evening.
Again, I cannot recommend Ashley with Key to the World Travel enough. She got us all the right Fast Passes, booked our hotel and stroller and literally thought of every detail.
