Being snowed in for a second day can kind of bring the crazy of me…anyone else?? I am praying the roads are good this afternoon, I would love to take the kids to see The Greatest Showman.
Today I am focusing on fitness because it’s JANUARY!! And, at least for the month of January, we are going to work out!! Hopefully beyond that!!
I, personally, do not have any specific fitness goals…just to stay consistent but I do have other health goals. I would LOVE more energy, especially late afternoon. I am going to research what to eat to help me feel a bit better. I know a (fairly simple) answer is drinking more water. Why is that so darn difficult?!?!

I LIVE in these tops…mostly from Lululemon, but now need to try the Zella ones. I wear these in and out of the gym and also lately has bottom layers under sweaters. They are thin enough to not be bulky but warm enough to justify the extra layer.
