Sunday afternoon, we took a break from Christmas decorating and ran up the road to Laplata to see The Christmas Schooner. The musical was playing at Port Tobacco Players Theatre, a live local theatre going strong for 65 years.
It was absolutely GREAT. We saw a sign on the roadside about the musical, I looked it up and once the girls heard it was about a family in MICHIGAN taking trees to Chicago for less fortunate families at Christmas, they just HAD to see it. It truly was the perfect way to kick off the holiday season 🙂
We were very nervous about taking Shay, but he honestly did great. He did not get too antsy until the end of the second half.
Shay thought he was funny being a little photo bomber 😉
