Transitional Outfit for Fall

I hope you guys read my post last Friday about our AMAZING stay at the Blue Heron Bed & Breakfast…if not, read it here.  I wore this outfit to the B & B.  It has been unseasonably cool here in Maryland for late August…usually we are STRUGGLING through the heat and humidity.  Monday night, for example, I was actually chilly standing outside at Matti Jane’s soccer practice.  Friends, I had on gym legging and a long sleeve shirt on…still chilly.

Anyway, I won’t lie, I did think of the fact that the Blue Heron B & B is on the water when choosing my outfit.  A navy blazer seemed perfectly appropriate to me!!  Plus, this outfit is ideal for transitioning straight into Fall.

If you don’t know by now, I wear this top quite often (here and here/here) and wear my cutoff shorts every other day 😉
