What an amazing experience rolled up in less than 24 hours!!  I had so much fun at my very first (I hope of many) runway show and the Reward Style party.

The Leanne Marshall Runway show was incredible.  The dresses that walked down the aisle were gorgeous and breathtaking.   I also did so much people watching there because the fashion by the spectators, like myself, was so interesting and fascinating.  There was such a variety of fashion from light up sneakers (yes, worn by an adult, not Disney light up sneakers by the kiddos) to fashion forward gals I can learn from.

The street fashion was as captivating as the runway.  People of every race and fashion sense, it was so exciting taking it in.  I kept my street fashion simple, classic and so crazy affordable.  My dress is $24.99!!

Once we finished at the runway show and taking shoots on the street, Anna and Rachel and myself grabbed a bite to eat before changing in my hotel room to head to the liketoknow.it / Reward Style Party.

I had a blast at the Reward Style party…so many amazing bloggers together in one spot.  The vibe at the party was electric, fun and invigorating.  Yet also intimidating…all at once.  Bloggers I have been following for years were there, bloggers that were celebrities even outside of the Fashion World and DJing and cocktails were jamming and flowing!!

I chose to wear black lace on black lace.  I truly didn’t know what to expect so I feel like I played it safe, which I am regretting a bit now…but when in NYC, wear black, right?!?!  Not next year 😉

And, after all that fun wrapped up in one day, it was time to head home to see my family!!  I pressed play to the book on tape and started the 5 hour drive to Maryland just in time to pick the kids up from school!!
