I chose the Boat Neck Overlay Crepe Gown because when I saw it, I thought of at least 2 places I could wear it…one of the many dressier holiday events we have and funny enough…I immediately had a vision of my birthday party (October 23rd!!) – champagne and strawberries on a boat, a sailboat specifically.  Does anyone else think like this?!?!?!  hahaha!!  A gal can dream 🙂

I actually loved the way this dress looked as it was.  I wanted to keep it long, it allows me to wear it to more formal events which I feel like I always need a go-to and this is it.  I adore any boat neck, it’s timeless and classy and the ivory is just so darn chic.  I adore the movement of the overlay, it’s almost musical.
