I am sure you guys have guessed by now, I adore monochromatic outfits. What I specifically love about this look is the difference in textures. I love the ruffles on the top and the lace on bottom. Both so feminine but done so humbly in black. This outfit reminds me of my style when I worked in a traditional office setting…so me!
Did everyone have a good weekend?? I have so much fun this past weekend, and definitely dragging this morning because of it. All worth it though. My husband and I made last minute plans to go to an outdoor concert on Friday night with great friends!! I went with a bohemian outfit and you can see it here. Saturday afternoon, I headed to DC to hang with my girlfriends and my old Redskins coach…he was back in the country for the weekend!! We had as much fun as we used to…just appreciated it that much more knowing it happens so infrequently 🙁 I went preppy-feminine wearing this dress. I wanted to get a white dress fix in before summer ends.
